The 4500 Series of AENER ENERGIA is especially designed to compensate the reactive energy in networks with very high harmonics content; the bank incorporates harmonic filters. The 4500 Series is an effective solution to raise the power factor and to increase the quality of the power supply by reducing the THD values of the installation.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS AND STANDARD EQUIPMENT
Anti-resonance blockage harmonics filter reactors detuned at 189 Hz (for
other detuned frequencies, please consult). Detuning factor: 7%.
Rated voltage: 400 V 50 Hz.
Admissible working voltage range: 380 – 400 V.
Power factor controller PFR-6 or PFR-12 equipped with microprocessor.
Capacitor duty contactors over dimensioned to work in networks with
harmonic distortion. Three-phase capacitors TR30 Series with internal safety system, specially calculated to work with detuned reactors. Step protection fuses. Switching transformer. Built in fan for a better refrigeration of the bank. Halogen-free cables. Top quality metal cabinet.
OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT AND NON-STANDARD EQUIPMENTS
Specially protected cabinets for outdoor use (polyester, stainless steel, metal cabinets with high IP protection). Automatic thermo-magnetic circuit breaker or three-pole on-load circuit breaker, diferential protection. Other power ratings, detunnig factor, voltages, steps or frequencies available upon request.
